AI call center agents for the Gulf

DRING's AI agents answer and make your calls in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. They speak to each caller in Arabic or English, book the appointment or call back the lead, and hand your team the calls that need a person.

The short answer

Can an AI call center handle Arabic and English?

Yes. DRING's AI call center agents can answer and make calls in Arabic and English for a Gulf business, and switch when the caller switches. Arabic is among the 10 languages live on customer lines today, and it is validated on your own workflow before launch. Calls that need a person go to your team.

Six countries

One region, two weekends

The weekend in the UAE is not the weekend in Saudi Arabia, so calling windows are set for each country. On every line, the agent speaks Arabic and English. Many callers in the region are expatriates, so other languages they speak can be added, each one validated on your workflow before launch.

Arabic and English

One line, two languages

The agent answers in the language the caller uses. When the caller switches between Arabic and English, the agent switches too.

Pronunciation correction is set for names, places and product terms, such as a customer's family name, a district or a car model.

Arabic is among the 10 languages live on customer lines today, and 62 are available across voice, WhatsApp, SMS and email. Before launch, Arabic is validated on your own workflow, with test conversations modeled on your Gulf callers.

Working week and Ramadan

Calling windows that follow your calendar

The Gulf has two different weekends, and Ramadan shifts business hours and brings evening peaks. Inbound calls are answered at any hour, every day, and outbound calls go out only inside your calling windows.

Two weekends

Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain have a Friday and Saturday weekend; the UAE works Monday to Friday, with a Saturday and Sunday weekend. You set the calling windows for each country.

Ramadan hours

When Ramadan shifts your business hours, you shift the calling windows with them. Outbound calls stay inside the new hours for the whole month.

Evening peaks

Evening calls are answered up to the concurrent call capacity agreed in your package. A call that needs a person reaches your team in your business hours, with a summary.

Outbound calls run on Reach, DRING's outbound calling product, with calling windows, attempt caps and retry rules for each call result. See how Reach works

How it starts

From brief to live calls in a week

Four steps take an agent from your brief to your line, and the work continues after launch.

  1. Plan

    Brif

Tell us which calls to move, the countries and hours you cover, the languages your callers speak and the systems the agent should use. You review the brief.

  2. Test

    Simulated conversations

The agent runs 1,000 to 10,000 simulated conversations, built for your company, before the first real call. They follow your workflow, your documents and your call recordings.

  3. Launch

    Live in a week

The agent starts on your line with the calls you chose first. Calls that need a person go to your team with a summary.

  4. Improve

    Improve from real calls

After-call analysis marks every call green, yellow or red, with the reason. Each update is tested before it reaches live calls.

Before you sign

Ask every provider these six questions

Whether you compare call center companies in Saudi Arabia or BPO companies in Dubai, ask each one the same questions. Get the answers in writing for each country you call.

  • Where is call data stored and processed, and who can access it?
  • How is consent to record calls asked for and logged in each country?
  • Which calling rules, opt-outs and do-not-call lists apply in each country, and how are they enforced on every call?
  • Can we hear the agent in Arabic on our own calls before launch, not only in a demo?
  • When a caller needs a person, how does the call reach our team, and what does our team receive?
  • Does every call result write back to our CRM, and with which fields?
