The slot is booked before the call ends
DRING finds out what the caller needs, checks the live calendar, books or moves the slot and sends the confirmation. It can also update the CRM, pass an exception to your team or take a deposit.
Leave your number and DRING calls you in two minutes to ask how your bookings work. See the callback flow.
DRING workflow demo
A limping dog, seen the same day
A worried owner calls because her dog Biscuit has been limping since last night. The agent asks if he puts weight on the paw, books an 11:20 AM slot, gets her surname spelled right and tells her to lift him out of the car.
The problem
What breaks today
Scheduling is simple until the front desk is also handling everything else.
Front desk overloaded with scheduling calls
Booking, rescheduling and reminder calls compete with walk-ins and everything else the front desk handles.
No-shows from a gap in reminders
A missed reminder call is a missed appointment, and a manually run reminder list does not always get through.
Booking calls outside office hours are missed
People try to book in the evening or on weekends, and the call simply is not answered.
What changes
The calendar decides, not a callback
DRING checks real availability in Google Calendar, offers open slots and books the appointment while the caller is still on the line. The confirmation goes out by SMS or WhatsApp right away. When the customer calls back to move the appointment, the agent finds the booking and moves it the same way.
For appointments that involve a deposit, the agent can also take payment on the call.
I need to book a check-up, ideally sometime next week.
I have Tuesday at 10:30 AM or Thursday at 3 PM open next week. Which works better?
Thursday at 3 is good.
Booked for Thursday at 3 PM. I'm sending the confirmation and directions by SMS now.

Capabilities
Everything a booking call needs
Calendar booking
Reads and writes live availability in Google Calendar, so the slot the agent offers is a slot that is free.
CRM lookup
Recognizes returning callers and pulls up their record before offering a slot.
SMS and WhatsApp confirmation
Sends the booking confirmation, directions or prep instructions right after the call.
Payment on the call
Takes a deposit or booking fee through your payment provider or bank, connected by API during setup.
Handover
Anything outside a standard booking goes to your team, with the summary attached.
The caller's language
62 languages available, 10 live today; yours is validated before launch. Dates, names and services are tested in every language you book in.
How it works
A typical booking call
Caller requests a slot
The agent identifies the type of appointment needed and any preferences.
Availability checked
Live calendar availability is checked in real time, not a static list.
Slot confirmed and booked
The caller picks a time and the agent books it directly on the calendar.
Confirmation sent
An SMS or WhatsApp confirmation goes out before the call ends.
Outcome written back
The booking, the caller's details and any note for the team go to your CRM.
Suggested slots
When the requested time is full
A full calendar does not end the call. The agent offers ranked alternatives instead of asking the caller to try again later.
I wanted Thursday afternoon, but I can be flexible if I need to be.
That slot is taken. I can offer Thursday morning, Friday afternoon, or Wednesday at the branch closer to you.

Wednesday, nearer branchAccepted
How the ranking works
Checked before anything is offered
- Live availability across the requested calendar and any connected branch or clinic
- How close each option is to the time the caller first asked for
- The caller's own stated preference, such as a preferred day, time of day or location
- Clinic or branch rules, such as which services a given location or provider can take
Once the caller picks one, the agent confirms it, books it and writes the outcome back the same way a direct booking does.

FAQ
Common questions
Which calendar systems does it connect to?+
Google Calendar is supported: the agent checks and writes real availability, not a cached copy. Other booking systems connect through their API where one is available.
Can it take a deposit or booking fee during the call?+
Yes, when the appointment requires it. The payment runs through your payment provider or bank, connected by API.
What happens if the caller wants to reschedule later?+
A reschedule call follows the same flow: it looks up the existing booking, checks new availability, and updates the calendar.
Does it send a reminder before the appointment?+
Reminder calls or messages can be scheduled ahead of the appointment using the same agent.
