See which complaint keeps coming back

DRING turns what customers say on support and research calls into counted reasons: feature requests, churn reasons and how your last release landed.

After you submit the form, DRING calls in two minutes, identifies itself and qualifies the workflow.

One call, one record

A customer's words, kept as data

Every call ends with an outcome, a reason and a summary, in fields your team defines.

The same fields reach the dashboard, your CRM, the API and the monthly report, so the reason behind a complaint is counted where your team already looks.

This is the third time my order came late. Can't I just pick a delivery slot?
I'm sorry, that's frustrating. Your order arrives tomorrow, and I've passed on your request for delivery slots.

Where the signal gets lost

Heard on the phone, lost before the roadmap

Support hears the same complaint every day. What reaches the product team is a ticket title and an anecdote.

  1. 9:00 AM

The ticket title hides the reason

Support closes dozens of calls before lunch. The product team gets a title and the memory of one angry customer, not a count.

  2. Week two

    Twenty invites, no interviews yet

Getting twenty customers on a call takes twenty favors from sales and support. The roadmap decision is made before the slots open.

  3. After launch

The verdict waits for the survey

A feature ships, and the only read on it is the next NPS wave, weeks later and at the usual response rate.

The feedback loop

From the call to the roadmap review

Two sources feed the same record: the support calls you already get, and the research calls your team decides to run.

HOW IT WORKS From every call to a ranked signal Every call Support + your own list AI staff member Takes or places the call Structured Outcome, reason, summary Counted Same tag, one number Your dashboard Tags, pulse, interviews
  1. Calls you already get

Your AI staff member answers support calls, and each one ends with an outcome, a reason and a summary.

  2. Calls you choose to make

Your team hands DRING a list: churned accounts, customers who asked for a feature, or the cohort that got a new release.

  3. The same questions, every time

Each research call asks the questions your team wrote, in the same order, so the answers can be compared.

  4. Counted, not remembered

The same complaint on call four and on call forty lands as one reason tag with a count, not two anecdotes.

  5. Ready for the roadmap review

Your team sees which reasons repeat, which requests are growing and whether the last release moved them.

How it starts

From kickoff to the first ranked list

How it's set up

A product team buried in ticket titles

The situation

Planning is three weeks away, and the team needs two answers first: why accounts cancel, and whether the last release fixed the delivery complaint. The answers sit in hundreds of support calls a week, uncounted.

What DRING does

At kickoff, the team and DRING agree a short set of reason tags. DRING answers the support line and calls the churned accounts and the release cohort the team picks, with the same questions on every call.

What changes

The team walks into planning with reasons ranked by count, not ticket titles. Twenty churned accounts can be called in the time it used to take to book one meeting.

Questions from product teams

Research calls, tags and consent

Does the AI decide what we build?+

No. It asks, records and counts. Your team reads the ranked reasons and decides what goes on the roadmap.

Who defines the reason tags?+

Your team does, with DRING during setup. Tags and extra fields stay the same from call to call, so this month's count compares with last month's.

Where do the tags show up?+

In the dashboard, the monthly report, your CRM and the API, all from the same record described in Insights. A tag from a research call sits next to the same tag from a support call.

How is consent handled when we call customers for research?+

The agent says it is an AI, who it calls for and why, and asks whether the customer has a few minutes. A no ends the call and removes them from the list. Workflows are designed around KVKK, Turkey's data protection law, and GDPR, with access and retention agreed for your deployment.
